  • ‘Take home the blueprints to success’ is the invitation being extended to delegates attending the iGB Live! Conference which is being held across the 6th and 7th July at the RAI Amsterdam. The content-rich programme will feature 46 speakers who will be providing expert insight on key business-centric topics delivered using a range of accessible formats including panel discussions, key notes and fireside chats.

(5th – 8th July, RAI Amsterdam) will have the chance to gain the most up to date insight on the latest generation of RNG-based games courtesy of a dedicated Slots Arena, which will showcase the latest innovations and business development opportunities in a gaming vertical that according to data provided by H2 Gambling Capital accounted for $18.8bn or 71% of online casino revenues in 2021. The data consultancy estimates that global gross win from RNG games, of which slots are the dominant component, will grow by 101% over the next five years, reaching $37.1bn by 2026, at a CAGR of 14.9%.

  • Clarion Gaming’s iGB brand has been recognised for the way in which it successfully spearheaded the return of in-person events in the gaming space following its confirmation as a finalist in the Best International Trade Show category in the 2022 edition of the prestigious Exhibition News Awards. The finals which will see iGB Live!/iGB Affiliate Amsterdam line up against international events from the hospitality, energy and manufacturing sectors, take place 18 March, less than a month ahead of iGB Affiliate London welcoming the international industry to the ExCeL Exhibition Centre (13 -14 April).

  • The number of industry professionals registering to attend the upcoming iGB Live! and co-located iGB Affiliate Amsterdam (The RAI 28 September – 1 October) increased by 40% week-on-week as news broke that caretaker Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s cabinet had confirmed that travellers who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 would not have to quarantine upon arrival in the Netherlands even if they have visited a country with high levels of coronavirus infection. The new policy, which Clarion Gaming Portfolio Director, Naomi Barton described as a ‘game changer’ will take effect from September 22.

  • Clarion Gaming, organisers of iGB Live! and iGB Affiliate Amsterdam, which will be the first large scale in-person gaming events to take place for over 18 months when they open at RAI Amsterdam (28 September – 1 October), has confirmed details of an in-depth educational esports feature designed to help operators benefit from a global phenomenon which is generating annual betting revenues estimated to be worth $13bn.

  • Clarion Gaming, organisers of iGB Live! and the co-located iGB Affiliate Amsterdam, which are being held at the RAI, Amsterdam (28 September – 1 October) has confirmed that fully vaccinated attendees travelling from the UK will qualify for a special travel ban exemption and will be eligible for exemption from the quarantine obligation on arrival in the Netherlands. Qualifying UK visitors join those from the EU alongside many other non-EU countries including Israel, the US and Ukraine in not having to quarantine.

  • The City of Amsterdam in partnership with the RAI has today (21 July) issued a joint statement underlining their commitment to host a safe and productive edition of iGB Live! and iGB Affiliate Amsterdam (September 28th – 1 October) and confirming they are preparing to ‘welcome visitors from throughout the world’.

The drop in the number of Covid positive tests in the Netherlands (and the consequent reduction in the number of patients requiring hospital treatment) coupled with the speed of the country’s Covid-19 vaccination programme have prompted a significant relaxation of the rules relating to the staging of indoor events.
