William Mace is Founder of WMN Consulting and a leading expert in player protection, safer gambling, and gambling-related harm prevention. He currently serves as a consultant to Beacon Counselling Trust and is Co-Founder of both the Armed Forces Gambling Support Network and Beacon Reflect, alongside a range of advisory and consultancy engagements across the sector.

Previously, William held the role of Group Player Safety Director at evoke, where he led the organisation's player protection strategy. He has also served as a Board Member of GamProtect, a member of the industry steering committee for the Single Customer View initiative, and a member of the Gambling Commission's Financial Risk Working Group. Earlier in his career, he was CEO and Co-Founder of EQ-Connect, helping to pioneer data-driven approaches to customer protection and risk management.
