Stefano De Vita is General Director of Fondazione FAIR, where he promotes research, awareness and evidence-based approaches to player protection and sustainable gaming models.

Previously, he gained over ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector before joining Sisal, where he built strong expertise in market analysis, consumer research and behavioural insights.

He also led Responsible Gaming activities, focusing on prevention, data-driven risk analysis and stakeholder engagement.

He is a member of Assirm's Executive Committee and has published scientific papers on the behavioural analysis of Italian players and on responsible gaming practices, with an international perspective and institutional policy focus.
