Ross Parker
Ross Parker is Group Director of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs at Entain, where he leads global regulatory strategy and engagement with policymakers and regulators worldwide. He focuses on combating illegal gambling and promoting sustainable, well-regulated betting and gaming markets.
With two decades of experience at the intersection of regulation and public policy, Ross has advised governments across Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean. He served on the Secretariat to the UK’s Independent Commission on Banking, advised the governments of Nigeria, South Africa, and the Dominican Republic, and established Tanzania’s first competition authority.
Ross previously served as Chairman of the Circadian Trust, a leisure and sports charity, and as a Trustee Director of a £2.5bn pension fund. He holds a First in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Jesus College, Oxford, and a postgraduate qualification in Public Administration from the University of York. He lives in the UK.
