Luís began his legal career in 2016 and specialises in gambling, advertising, commercial law, technology, and intellectual property. He is admitted to practise in Portugal and is currently the Co-Managing Partner at Lektou Portugal. His practice focuses on gaming, media, and entertainment law, advising clients on complex cross-border mandates. A member of IMGL and IAGA, Luís frequently speaks at international conferences as a gambling industry expert, lectures university classes, contributes articles on the gaming sector and has been recognised in the Chambers and Partners Gaming & Gambling – Global Market Leaders ranking. He holds a Master's degree from the Catholic University of Portugal Faculty of Law (2016), completed the Data Protection Officer Course at the Deloitte Privacy Knowledge Center (2020), and attended the Advanced Course in Sports Betting at Católica | Lisbon School of Law (2022)
