Karina Ferraioli is the Founder and CMO of Master Affiliates Network, the first collaborative network in the iGaming industry. With more than 14 years of experience in marketing and communication, including over 5 years specialized in iGaming, she has worked across European markets developing affiliate, acquisition, and growth strategies for operators and industry brands.

Originally from Uruguay and currently based in Europe, Karina holds a degree in Business Communications from Universidad Católica del Uruguay. Her professional background combines corporate communication, community building, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on collaboration and relationship-driven business development.

In 2025, she founded Master Affiliates Network with the vision of creating a more transparent and collaborative affiliate ecosystem where Operators, Affiliates, and Affiliate Managers all benefit. Since launch, the company has been recognized internationally, reaching the finals of the SIGMA Rome Pitch 2025 and ICE Barcelona Pitch 2026 competitions.
