Alex is Director of Policy at the Betting and Gaming Council, the standards body for the regulated UK betting and gaming industry (excluding the national lottery). Alex leads across the BGC’s policy activity and in the last three years has been focusing on delivery of workstreams stemming from the Gambling Act Review White Paper, as well as wider industry issues such as the gambling black market within Great Britain. Alex also sits on the Government’s illegal gambling taskforce.
