The details of this, can be found via the exhibitor manual. If you havent confirmed your stand yet please contact our team at iGBlive.support@worldgamingbusiness.com we will be able to give you an indication of how much time you may have available to build

Below is the Show Open timings and Breakdown Timings

This must be booked and paid for via the Organiser Office onsite by 14:00 each day. Please note Exhibitor Services (e.g., rigging and electrics) will not be available after 20:00. Immediately after the show is the most common time for loss and theft to occur. We highly recommend that valuables, particularly of a portable nature are not left unattended at any time on your stand at any point during the show e.g. laptops, mobile phones, handbags.

Please ensure that you have not left anything inside/ on the rental furniture. Contractors collect hired items very quickly at the end of the exhibition.
