Please note that on the show open days the hall will be open to exhibitors and contractors from 08:00 on Wednesday 17th July and 09:30 on Thursday 18th July. All exhibitors and contractors should vacate the hall 30 minutes after the show close each evening (apart from the last day of the show when the breakdown process begins). Please note that power to all stands will be switched off 30 minutes after the show closes each day.

If you are NOT an Official Supplier but are servicing multiple stands at the show, please contact Katy Leslie and we will see how best we can support you.

Early access and late working

The hours published is the maximum time available to construct your stand. We do not promote long working days - it is your responsibility to ensure your project is suitably staffed and safe working practices are followed

There is NO option to access the venue earlier. Late working past 22:00hrs is strongly discouraged and incurs additional charges.

Please note exhibitor services (e.g. rigging and electrics) will not be available during these hours

Payment will be taken onsite.

For more information or if you would like to request late working, please email Katy Leslie.

Security Advice

Immediately after the show is the most common time for loss and theft to occur. We highly recommend that valuables, particularly of a portable nature are not left unattended at any time on your stand at any point during the show e.g. laptops, mobile phones, handbags.

Please ensure that you have not left anything inside/ on the rental furniture. Contractors collect hired items very quickly at the end of the exhibition.

Venue Access

Please review the show timetable to ensure contractors arrive at the hall at the correct time. In order to access the RAI during build-up and breakdown, contractors MUST:

1. Register with the RAI (click here) to obtain a contractor access badge (or click here for the Dutch version)
2. Review and sign a copy of our Site Rules & Regulations Form (click here) to obtain a green entry wristband.

Both of these MUST be completed prior to arriving onsite. On completing both forms, you will receive an email receipt. Please bring these with you to receive your RAI Amsterdam contractor access badge and pink wristband. Contractor is access is strictly by RAI Amsterdam contractor access badge and wristband only.

Upon arrival at the RAI, contractors should proceed to lorry way P5. On entry, please register with our traffic marshals who will direct you to the correct location when space is available. When space is available, you will be directed to appropriate loading door where you can collect your contractor entry wristband. Once issued with your access badge and wristband, contractors will be able to access the exhibitor floor to unload and commence work.

Contractor access badges and wristbands are valid during the build-up and dismantling periods only. If you require access to the event during the open period, please contact the Customer Success Team:

When breakdown commences, Contractors are not permitted to enter the hall until the halls are cleared of guests. This is schedule from approximately 19:00 on Thursday 18th July. Contractors attempting to access the exhibition hall prior to this will be turned away by security.

Any exhibitors wishing to come and see their stand during build, admission to the exhibition hall is strictly by wristband and name badge only. Exhibitors who have their wristband and name badge will be granted access on Tuesday 16th July 2024 from 13:00.
