Alcohol Abuse + Drugs
The abuse of alcohol, drugs and other substances can affect work performance and safety. Any person found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances, or who are (in the opinion of the organisers and their representatives) constituting danger to themselves or any other person at the venue, will be removed from the venue by security. Where necessary, further action will be taken to remedy the situation. The consumption of alcohol is permitted onsite only during the show open period, not during the build-up/breakdown. Clarion Events operates a strict zero tolerance policy.
Animals
If you would like to have any animals on your stand, you must complete the Special Activities Form to inform the Organisers of your intention.
The exhibition of live animals must be carried out in accordance with the UK Animal Welfare Act and any other applicable legislation. A thorough risk assessment with all details must be submitted to the organisers by their given deadline. Please refer to Page 13-14 on the eGuide for more guidance on having animals on your stand.

Smoking + Vaping
All parts of the venue are no smoking. Please exit the venue and use the smoking areas provided. E-cigarettes and vaping are not permitted within the venue at any time. These can also be used outside the venue only.
You are able to smoke and vape outside on the West Podium by the Pyramid.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Materials
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude or reject both visitors and exhibitors from the exhibition hall, including anyone who (in the opinion of the Organiser) is promoting, selling, marketing, or exhibiting items or products that are in breach of any gambling, advertising or promotional legislation in force in the UK.
Exhibitors must not publish, exhibit, display, or distribute any advertisement, marketing or sponsored material, or make any data available to persons that contains the flags of any country where the exhibitor is unlicenced.

Late Working
The hours published is the maximum time available to construct your stand. We do not promote long working days - it is your responsibility to ensure your project is suitably staffed and safe working practices are followed. Late working past 20:00hrs is strongly discouraged and incurs additional charges. Please note exhibitor services (e.g. rigging and electrics) will not be available during these hours. Payment will be taken onsite.

PPE
Lost + Stolen Goods
Please report any lost property or theft immediately to the organiser, or security, who will advise you of the appropriate course of action. All lost property will be handed into the organiser office, or to security. If any items are left on your stand, please deliver it to the organiser’s office or security. If you have lost an item, please check with excel Security to see if it has been handed in. If it has not been claimed after 3 months, it will be disposed of.

Excel London, situated at Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, Royal Docks, London E16 1XL. iGB L!VE will be located in halls S3-S13. (Entrances S1 - S6)

Waste
The fire prevention policy prohibits the accumulation of waste in the stands and their storage areas, as well as in the corridors and common areas. Waste must be removed daily.
There is a set amount of waste that we require you to order via ExCel, which is as follows:
