Build/ Breakdown Regulations

The abuse of alcohol, drugs and other substances can affect work performance and safety. Any person found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances, or who are (in the opinion of the organisers and their representatives) constituting danger to themselves or any other person at the venue, will be removed from the venue by security. Where necessary, further action will be taken to remedy the situation. The consumption of alcohol is permitted onsite only during the show open period, not during the build-up/breakdown. Clarion Events operates a strict zero tolerance policy.

All parts of the venue are no smoking. Please exit the venue and use the smoking areas provided. E-cigarettes and vaping are not permitted within the venue at any time. These can also be used outside the venue only.

You are able to smoke and vape outside Entrance C.

Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for the job being carried out. You MUST wear high visibility jackets, steel toe shoes and hard hats; you will NOT be allowed onsite without this. Other forms of PPE such as eye protection, gloves, etc. must be worn if required when performing a specific task. 

The hours published is the maximum time available to construct your stand. We do not promote long working days - it is your responsibility to ensure your project is suitably staffed and safe working practices are followed. Late working past 22:00hrs is strongly discouraged and incurs additional charges. Please note exhibitor services (e.g. rigging and electrics) will not be available during these hours. Payment will be taken onsite.

For the year 2024, iGB L!VE will be located in Halls 9, 10, 11, and 12. 

Please report any lost property or theft immediately to the organiser, or security, who will advise you of the appropriate course of action. All lost property will be handed into the organiser office, or to security.  If any items are left on your stand, please deliver it to the organiser’s office or security. If you have lost an item, please check RAI Amsterdam’s iLost to see if it has been handed in. If it has not been claimed after 3 months, it will be disposed of.

The organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may befall the person or property of the exhibitor from any cause whatsoever.
