Want to know the steps we're taking?

Adapt with us as we reform how live events are delivered

The impact that COVID-19 has had on all of us means that events as we know them, are about to change. Our priority is to ensure that you feel safe to attend one of our events, alongside delivering a live event that brings you successful ROI.

What are the measures being put in place?

We've broken them down to 4 simple steps

communicationphysical distancing cleaning and hygiene protect and detect

What do these steps tell you?

It's a collective effort

Over the last few weeks in collaboration with other global event organisers, Clarion Events, iGB’s parent company and one of the world’s largest events businesses have drafted a programme of enhanced safety measures to reduce the risk caused by Covid-19. The ‘All Secure Standard’ will allow us to demonstrate that we are focused on being able to hold and make our events safe in this new era.

tickIn order to help control crowd density, we are looking at:

  1. Reshaping how you register on-site
  2. Staggered admission
  3. Floor-planning (one-way traffic system)
  4. Visitor transportation
  5. How we interact with each other
  6. Food and beverage handling
  7. Networking functions
  8. Track and trace
  9. Deep cleaning
  10. PPE

It's certainly no easy task, but we will not host a live event unless we, personally feel safe to attend it ourselves. That means these measures are as important to us, as they are to you.
