Martina Cilia holds the role of Senior Legal Counsel within the Policy and International Affairs Department. Martina's role is to handle matters pertinent to the International Affairs of the Authority and to lead the policy development process, which include horizon scanning for any EU and International regulatory developments which prompt policy or regulatory intervention. She is also responsible for the management of the MGA's bilateral relations with other gambling regulators, and for all efforts of international cooperation. As an extension of her role, she assists relevant departments in the development and implementation of the MGA's policy positions by adopting an evidence-based approach to policy development.
