Iain Matthew Corby
Deputy Chief Executive, GambleAware
Iain joined GambleAware, the UK’s leading charity addressing gambling-related harms, in September 2015 and became Deputy Chief Executive in March 2017. At GambleAware, he is responsible for developing a major new Safer Gambling public health advertising campaign, as well supporting major research into industry harm minimisation initiatives, and more generally, for the charity’s corporate affairs.
His previous experience includes working in consulting at Deloitte, specialising in programme management, and managing a policy research team in the UK Parliament. Immediately prior to his appointment, he worked for a social enterprise which inspires young people around the world to volunteer with local charities.
He has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Balliol College, Oxford and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.
