Gambling will never attract positive media, we can’t change media perception

No operators want problem gamblers who are bad business – therefore a lot is being done to improve processes, use data analysis to enhance RG strategies and come up with more transparent products that have RG as the core of their offering. Yet, regulators are not happy and keep pushing for more. Are operators’ efforts genuine or just a smoke screen masking the drive to higher profits and investor satisfaction?
