When is iGB Live! 2023?

iGB Live! will take place from 11-14 July 2023.

Where is iGB Live! being held?

The Amsterdam RAI

iGB Live! is held at Amsterdam RAI - the biggest exhibition space in the Netherlands.

What is iGB Live! Online?

iGB Live! Online is a free-to-attend online event that first took place in July 2020. iGB Live! Online offers unique networking opportunities and exclusive content. In 2022, we will be presenting iGB Live! Online for the third time, alongside the live events, for those who are unable to travel but don't want to miss out! Find out more here.

Will I need to be vetted if I'm an affiliate or introducing broker?

Please note that iGB Live! is a free-to-attend and we WILL NOT be vetting affiliates and IBs.

However, we will still be using 'Affiliate' as a registration type and it's important that you do not select this if you are not an affiliate or introducing broker. This ensures that those looking to meet affiliates are not misled by the visitor type on someone's badge.

Affiliates

Also called publishers or webmasters, an affiliate is a person that refers traffic (in this case players) to an operator website, for example pokerlistings.com would refer a player to 888.com. The affiliate is then paid a revenue share or CPA (cost per acquisition) for each of the players they send.

Introducing brokers

An introducing broker (IB) is a person or institution who has all the functions of a broker, except to accept money or any type of investment. The introducing broker (IB) usually refers its clients to a dealer and, in return, receives compensation, such as commissions.

Registering as an affiliate or introducing broker

If you are not sure if you qualify as an affiliate or IB, please email us directly at info@igamingbusiness.com with details of your business. If you register as an affiliate or IB under false pretense, we reserve the right to ask you to re-register and change your badge on the day.

How do I get to Amsterdam?

Amsterdam is one of the most accessible countries in the world, there are connecting flights from all over Europe, the United States and Australia.

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is just fifteen minutes from Amsterdam RAI, whether travelling by car, train, taxi or bus.

Will you be mailing me my badge or do I pick it up at the exhibition venue?

Once your registration has been finalised, you will receive an email with your e-badge for the event (these will be sent out before the event). It is imperative that you bring this along to registration in order to be able to enter the show. Your e-badge MUST be printed or available to scan on your mobile device. With extra safety measures in place, this is the fastest and safest way to gain entry.

How do I get my e-ticket?

Email confirmation will be sent to your inbox and e-badges will be distributed before the event.

Your e-badge will be your on-site ID document.

Do I need my e-ticket?

For the fastest way to gain entry to the event, it is imperative that you bring your e-ticket with you to the show in either print or mobile format. The e-badge holds all your details that the iGB Live! staff need to be able to let you into the show, so you can enter the exhibition, conference and networking parties.

If you cannot find your e-badge, please look for an email from noreply@ges.com or simply email IGBLive.support@clariongaming.com to have one re-sent.

If you have any other queries about your registration, please contact IGBLive.support@clariongaming.com.

The details on my e-badge are wrong. How do I change them?

On your registration email you should have received a unique registration key in your confirmation email.

You can log back in to registration using your unique key to amend your details.

If you are still having issues, please email IGBLive.support@clariongaming.com

Is there an age restriction to attend the event?

iGB Live! is a strictly over 18's event. We are operating on a 'Challenge 25' basis, therefore if you are fortunate enough to look under 25, please ensure you bring ID in the form of your passport or drivers license as we will be checking on the door. Please note that this applies even if you have attended previous events.
