Monica has worked in the charity sector since 2010 and became CEO of Gordon Moody in January 2024. Formerly CEO of the Kaleidoscope Plus Group, she led the charity to multiple national accolades. Passionate about football and social justice, she is Senior NED at Birmingham County FA, NED at Manchester United Foundation, and sits on the FA’s National Asian Inclusion Advisory Group. She’s also served on the Premier League’s Equality Panel and the Players Foundation. Monica is a board member of Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, aligning her interests in health, equality, and sport for social impact.
