Charles is the founder and CEO of award-winning Safer Gambling platform, Department of Trust. A career entrepreneur, he also founded beenz.com – the first digital currency - and Probability plc, which pioneered real-money mobile gaming and was sold to IGT in 2014. He then lead IGT’s mobile solutions and roll out of US sports betting before leaving to start DoTrust in 2001. He is also a non-executive Director of Veikkaus Oy, a member of the Gambling Commission’s Industry Forum and an advisory Board member of Games Global. He is graduate of Oxford University, and lives in London.
